Policy and Terms
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Booking fees are non refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment you can do this up to 24hrs before using the link provided, your deposit will automatically be transferred to your new booking. If you cancel within 24hrs or do not show up you will automatically be charged 50% of your appointment total. Deposits come off your appointment total on the day, the rest of your payment can be made via cash or card. Patch test is required for new clients up to 24hrs before lash lift and lamination services. It is your responsibility to message me via instagram/text to arrange this or appointment we will not be able to carry out the appointment.
