A non-refundable $15 deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be sent immediately after booking. If deposit is not sent within 15 min of booking, appointment will be cancelled. Remaining balance due on the day of in cash only. This will ensure im able to get the appointment spot filled so we aren’t missing out on time slots. I accept clients who are 16 years and older independently, however under this age i do require the in-person permission of a legal guardian at all the appointments. What to expect. ✨You will be laying with your eyes closed for as long as 1-2.5 hours. Try to wear something comfortable, and relax as much as possible! We can chat, or you can put on headphones and listen to your favorite podcast or music, my goal is for you to be comfortable! Fill appointment. ✨You must have 40% of your lashes left from your previous appointment to be considered a fill! If you have any less than that, you will be charged the price of a full set. Refund Policy ✨No refunds are offered on eyelash extension services. If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 24 hours. If you have an allergic reaction to a service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge. Cancellations ✨I must be notified at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, any last minute cancellation or no show will be charged. Late or no show. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged. This is to respect my time as well as yours. If you are 15 minutes or more have to cancel your appointment not to be spiteful in any other way it just makes me run over in other clients appointment times. I try to be on point and highly professional. This also means if a deposit was sent it will be lost. Deposits cover my time to cover no shows, cancellations and tardiness, if a deposit is not sent a cancellation fee is asked to be sent i don't mean this in any nasty or rude intention i love all my clients equally!
