Things to consider before your appointment: * If you feel sick, PLEASE reschedule! * No coffee before your appointment, caffeine can make your eyes jumpy, which can elongate the lashing process. BOOKING POLICY * A non refundable incentive of $2000 is required to reserve your appointment. Please notify me as soon as possible if you are running behind schedule so I can accommodate you and my following clients as best as i can. * If you are running more than 15 minutes late you will lose your appointment slot and will have to reschedule. RESCHEDULE & CANCELATION POLICY * Please reschedule or cancel at least 24hrs before the beginning of your appointment. I do understand that things happen so if you can please let me know asap. * Your deposits can be transferred to another day within the month if you reschedule a day before the beginning of your appointment. * If you cancel three times in a row you will no longer be able to book an appointment with me. REFUND POLICY * Refunds on lash services are not offered, however within the first three days of your appointment, if you are experiencing EXTREME fallout a fill will be provided at no additional cost. * In the rare case where you might be unhappy with your service and the issue cannot be resolved, a 50% refund can be provided.
