This amount is deducted from your total at checkout. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours prior. In certain cases your deposit will be transferred to your account as a credit to use for future bookings. Please let me know if you’d like to arrange this for your deposit upon cancelling/rescheduling. Deposits are forfeited for: • Cancellations within 48 hours • No-shows • Arriving 15+ minutes late, where the service cannot be completed ⸻ After-Hours & Weekend Surcharges Appointments outside standard hours require a small surcharge: These fees are added to your total at checkout. ⸻ Cancellations & No-Shows A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. No-shows will result in: • Loss of deposit • A $50 no-show fee required before rebooking Late cancellations (within 48 hours) also result in deposit forfeiture. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and a $50 no-show fee will apply. Please allow the full time allocated to your appointment to ensure the best results — rushing may affect what can be completed. To maintain a comfortable environment, please attend alone unless previously discussed. Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes/lashes where possible. Feel free to bring earphones to relax and listen to music during your service 🎧✨ ⸻ Infills Policy Infills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your previous set. If more than 50% of lashes are missing, a full set will be required and charged. Foreign Infills (work from another artist) incur a $20 adjustment fee due to the extra time needed to correct or match styling and lengths. If unsure whether your lashes qualify for an infill, please message prior 💗 ⸻ Tooth Gem Appointments Please arrive with freshly brushed teeth. Tooth gems must be removed by a dentist only — never force or pick them off. A 6-week replacement warranty applies to most gems. This does not apply to: • Non-recommended placements • Complex/custom designs • Gems placed in lower-bonding areas Aftercare must be followed for best results ✨ ⸻ Squeeze-In Appointments When fully booked, squeeze-in appointments may be offered if possible. These incur a $50 squeeze-in fee in addition to the service price. Squeeze-in spots are limited and not guaranteed. ⸻ Refund Policy Refunds are not offered on completed services except in special circumstances discussed with the artist. If you have any concerns, please contact within a 4-day grace period so a complimentary adjustment or fix can be provided if appropriate.
