•All payments to be immediate. We no longer accept cash, we have a card machine. 

• We offer 5 minutes grace period, after that we charge R50 late fee. After 10 minutes your appointment is cancelled.

•Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 4 hours before start time.

I was so vague about the lashes that I wanted yet Siba was able to translate that and gave me the lash set of my life! ❤️ Was pleasantly surprised by how well she understood the assignment

I am having the best experience with the natural medium lashes. I am having no reaction, no irritation and it lasts. Definitely value for money.
