By booking an appointment with Lash Dollz VK, you agree to our booking terms: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be deducted from the total cost on the day. This deposit cannot be transferred or refunded under any circumstances. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full appointment fee. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled, and the deposit forfeited. Patch tests are required 24–48 hours before certain treatments, and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure this is completed in time. Payments can be made by cash or card only. Lash Dollz VK maintains a professional environment and reserves the right to refuse service for any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour. All clients must be 18 or over unless agreed otherwise.


So nice , was offered coffee during my appointment and was spoken respectfully and kindly to!  Nails came out exactly how i wanted them for a show i’m taking part in this weekend .Will definitely be coming back again !!

Got beautiful eyelashes done with Veronica. Service was fantastic and gave thorough aftercare advice. Time flew by in great comfort with little touches such as a heated blanket underneath. Bought after care shampoo and it came presented in a cute gift bag with eyemask, spoolies, sweets etc. Couldn't ask for more. 100% recommend. 

Maryna was absolutely fantastic. I am delighted with my nails.

Veronika is by far the best lash technician I have ever met, for both doing lashes and for teaching, she is patient and considerate and always makes time for her clients especially in those last minute lash emergencies! Her lashes work lasts well over 5 sometimes 6 weeks, she is a pleasure to deal with and always so friendly and relatable, I wouldn’t have anyone else do my lashes, highly recommend!
