* Address is always sent the day before your appointment. * -‼️ I do not work over other people sets. ‼️ * Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment , your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. *For rescheduling let me know 2 Days before scheduled appointment. * If you know you are going to be late to your appointment even by a few minutes please lmk in advance * I would not fix only one nail that happens to break, it would have to be atleast two nails to come in and fix. * Communication is key !! communicate with me if coming late to your appointment no later than 10 minutes. After 10 min of being late to your appointment will be canceled. * I am home based which means some days parking is difficult, please do not park in/ on my parkway. Park where is available space not blocking other driveway. * If you would like a different design than original design you wanted, Text me a day before your appointment updating me on the new design you would like!. If you arrive to the appointment and want to change the inspo I won’t allow it. * I do not work over other people work!!, come with bare nails. * If you need a soak off and its not mentioned prior to your appointment/add it to your service i will not be doing the soak off. * If bringing a plus one please mention it to me. Especially kids (no kids from the ages 1-11)‼️ * I understand after i leave the appointment satisfied with the set, there is no refund. * If you speak Spanish as first language (si hablas español solamente hazme el favor de dejarme saber cuando haga tu cita) when booking let me know in advance, for when I send reminders or any messages. *
