It’s always worth making the effort to see Ploy. I’m a therapist, so I work with holding other peoples trauma. I also exercise regularly. Together these activities cause tension in my back. For a number of years Ploy has been removing this tension. My shoulders are so relaxed it feels open and spacious around my neck, mind and body. I’m grateful.
