📋 POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING: 1. Deposit required: A $16 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward the total of your service. 2. Appointment confirmation: After booking, make sure you receive the automatic confirmation message. ✅ If you don’t receive it, your appointment may not have been successfully booked. 3. Late arrivals: You have a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. 4. Cancellations or rescheduling: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. 🔁 The deposit can only be transferred once in case of a date/time change. A new deposit will be required for any additional changes. 5. No shows: If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, the deposit will be lost and 50% of the service must be paid in order to rebook. 6. No guests: Due to space and hygiene, no extra guests are allowed in the studio. 7. Lash/brow work from another artist: If you have previous work done elsewhere, please let me know before booking. It must be evaluated to see if I can work over it or if a removal is needed. 💡 Come prepared in case a removal is necessary on the same day. 8. Service timing: Each service has an estimated duration. Please plan your day accordingly and avoid having other commitments that may interfere. 🙅‍♀️ Do not ask to rush the service—quality takes time and care. 9. Address: The exact address will be sent 5 hours before your appointment via private message.
