IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING- Appointments outside open times can be booked but a surcharge will occur. TERMS & CONDITIONS- MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS- - Makeup appointment can be booked for Soft Glam or Full Glam, please keep this in mind when selecting for your appointment as they are based solely on time. - IMPORTANT- Each client must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance on the day, or prior to. DEPOSITS - By financially securing your appointment (by deposit) you are therefor declaring you have read and agreed to the following terms & conditions. -Deposits must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - No appointments will be held/secured until deposit payment has been received. - All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. - If you choose to pay the remaining balance on the day you must have correct cash out prior (direct deposit not welcome on the day). - Bridal Booking also a include a non-refundable of 50% of the total quoted price to secure your booking. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS - If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup application you are therefor forfeiting your deposit. - To cancel your appointment email lacunabeautybynicole@gmail.com with your booking details, at that time the makeup artist will send you a booking cancellation email. - Should you give 48hrs notice Nicole will be happy to re-schedule your appointment to a different date, maintaining your deposit within availability and subject to her discretion. - Should you cancel on the day/during or not show to your booked appointment your deposit or full amount paid will not be refundable or transferred. - No shows will have to pay the full amount of their previous appointment before booking a new appointment. - Cancellations after the 24hr confirmation period will incur a $50 cancellation fee please keep this in mind. - Bridal booking cancellations that are within 7 days prior to the wedding date are non-refundable of the 100% total paid booking cost and may incur a cancellation fee if they are within 24hrs. PERSONAL ISSUES - You must inform the makeup artist of any issues such as sensitivities, allergies and any medical conditions (infections or contagious) prior to the application. - The makeup Artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client who has infections conditions. - If services are refused the booking fee will not be refunded. PHOTOGRAPHS - By booking with Nicole Lacuna Beauty Official you are accepting photographs and videos to be taken before & after the makeup application. - Photographs may be used on social media and website for promotional purposes. - If you would not like your photographs to be used you must notify Nicole prior to your appointment. NICOLE’S DISCRETION - By booking with Nicole you are acknowledging and accepting the fact that there may be rare occasions when bookings will be need to be cancelled due to private circumstances. - In the rare occasion that your booking needs to be cancelled by Nicole, Nicole will notify you immediately and give you the option to reschedule the appointment or cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit. MANUALLY BOOKED Bridal Party Bookings / Group Bookings that require travel 4 people minimum, 6 person maximum. (Please contact via EMAIL ONLY for a quote on pricing and travel fees)
