Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. If any issue arises on my end, your deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the remaining service total if a card is on file.

All payments are due upfront before your service begins.

Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. Appointments that are 15 minutes or more late will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

If there are any issues or concerns regarding your install, you must contact me within 24 hours of your appointment completion time in order for accommodations or corrections to be made. After the 24-hour window has passed, I will no longer be able to accommodate any concerns regarding the service provided.

By booking an appointment with LacedByJanae, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during your service for promotional and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be filmed or posted, please notify me before your appointment begins.
