With experience dating back to middle school, I am committed to providing quality service in a clean, respectful, and professional environment. Please review the following policies before booking. Appointment Confirmation • Appointments are confirmed once your deposit is received. • A confirmation email/text will be sent after booking. • The appointment address will be provided on the day of your appointment. • Please send a screenshot of your booking for confirmation purposes. Hair Drop-Off • Hair must be dropped off 2–5 days prior to your scheduled appointment. • Hair must be labeled with your name, appointment date, and time. Guest Policy • No additional guests are permitted. Same-Day & Squeeze-In Appointments • Available upon request only. • Please DM prior to booking. • When booking, select both “Squeeze-In” and your desired service. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable $25 deposit is required. • Appointments without a deposit will not be honored. • Accepted payment methods: Cash App, Cash, Chime, Apple Pay. • Cash App: $dalayiahh Late, Cancellation & No-Show Policy • A $5 late fee will apply after 20 minutes. • After 45 minutes, the appointment will be canceled or rescheduled. • No-show clients will not be allowed to rebook. Hair Preparation • Hair must be washed and properly prepped prior to arrival. • Sew-in bundles must be clean, washed, and fully dried. • Hair washing services are not provided. Scheduling Notice • Please book at least 5 hours in advance if you have a scheduled event. Additional Services • Makeup services will be added to the booking site soon.
