IMPORTANT INFORMATION By booking an appointment with Labelleame Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and policies. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Tessa on 0437 693 215. --- IN-STUDIO BEAUTY SERVICES (Excluding Makeup & Hairstyling) Call or text Tessa on 0437 693 215 to cancel or reschedule. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. --- NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS Bookings exceeding 3 hours of service time require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. A payment link will be provided. All deposits are strictly non-refundable. --- BRIDAL & EVENT MAKEUP AND HAIRSTYLING (In-Studio & Mobile) Call or text Tessa on 0437 693 215 to cancel or reschedule. A 90-day cancellation policy applies for all Bridal and Group Bookings of 3 or more services. Please refer to your Service Agreement for full details. A 72-hour cancellation policy applies for in-studio Event or Bridal Makeup & Hairstyling bookings for fewer than 2 people. If you choose to reschedule: Clients may only reschedule once. If a rescheduled booking is later cancelled, it will be treated as a cancellation under this policy. All cancellations must be made in writing to Tessa on 0437 693 215. Cancellations made less than 89 days before your booking date require payment of 50% of the final balance within 30 days of written notice. --- FINAL BALANCE – BRIDAL & GROUP MOBILE SERVICES The final balance for all Bridal Hair or Makeup bookings must be paid no later than 5pm, 10 calendar days prior to your booking date.
