IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our standard booking policy applies to In-Studio Services ONLY. ALL Mobile Hair & Makeup bookings are subject to the terms outlined in the Bridal Service Agreement, which governs cancellation, rescheduling, payments, and no-show conditions. By proceeding with a mobile booking, you acknowledge & agree to the Bridal Service Agreement terms. --- By booking an appointment with Labelleame Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and policies. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Tessa on 0437 693 215. --- IN-STUDIO BEAUTY SERVICES (Excluding Makeup & Hairstyling) Call or text Tessa on 0437 693 215 to cancel or reschedule. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. --- NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS Bookings exceeding 3 hours of service time require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. A payment link will be provided. All deposits are strictly non-refundable. --- BRIDAL & EVENT MAKEUP AND HAIRSTYLING (In-Studio & Mobile) - Refer to your Bridal Service Agreement for policy conditions. --- FINAL BALANCE – BRIDAL & GROUP MOBILE SERVICES The final balance for all Bridal Hair or Makeup bookings must be paid no later than 5pm, 10 calendar days prior to your booking date.
