Policy and Terms
Laamaa-Creations Client Policy Appointments & Booking • All appointments must be booked in advance. • A non-refundable deposit (30–80%) is required to secure your booking. • Remaining balance is due on the day of the service, before the session begins. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once without losing the deposit. • Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. • No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may be refused future bookings. Travel & On-Location Services • A travel fee applies for services outside of the studio. • Parking, tolls, or accommodations (if applicable) must be covered by the client. Late Arrivals & Late Fee Up to 15 minutes late: Service will proceed, but a late fee of €10 fee 16–30 minutes late: A late fee of €20 will be added to the service. 31–60 minutes late: A late fee of €40will be added. More than 60 minutes late: Considered a no-show. The full service fee will be charged, and future bookings may be refused. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, or Mobile Apps. Tips are appreciated but not required .Professional Conduct Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Health & Safety • Clients must arrive with a clean face (free of makeup). • Please notify in advance of any skin allergies or sensitivities .• The artist reserves the right to refuse service if the client has contagious conditions (e.g., eye infections, cold sores). Photos & Media • The artist may request to take photos/videos of the final look for portfolio and social media purposes. • Clients who prefer not to be photographed must inform the artist before the session. • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, or Mobile Apps. • Tips are appreciated but not required.
