By booking an appointment with LUX Wellness Pet Spa, clients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms. WE DO NOT OFFER DE-MATTING SERVICES. IF YOUR DOG IS MATTED IT WILL BE SHAVED. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. LUX Wellness Pet Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. Clients are responsible for the behavior and actions of their pets while on the premises. Ashley Grayson, LUX Wellness Pet Spa and/or it’s employees are not liable for any injury or illness that may occur during your pet's stay. By agreeing to these policies and terms, clients acknowledge and accept all risks associated with utilizing our services.

Our Shed Control service helps reduce excessive shedding in pets through regular grooming and specialized treatments, promoting a healthier coat and cleaner home environment. Our Shed Control Service includes a nail trim, ear cleaning, feet and sanitary trim, anal gland expression, cologne, and Bandanna. This service is recommended for double coated dogs.
