Appointments:

Late Policy: There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. Being later than 15 minutes will result in a no show and will be charged a $25 fee per dog.

Cancelations and No Shows: No shows and cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged a $25 fee per dog which must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment. After 2 no shows or cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice all future appointments must be prepaid before any service will be given. Your prepaid appointment will then not be refunded if you cancel or no show without notice. 

Pick Up: Pick up will need to be within 30 minutes of being notified that your dog is ready, failure to do so will result in a daycare fee of $1/minute.

My dog Jefe always comes out smelling clean and feeling soft after. 
Jasmine does a great job and seems to genuinely care for Jefe. 
I always recommend to friends and family. 

Love Jasmine. She is amazing and you can tell she loves what she does.  Recommend 100%. 

She is always so encouraging and kind. She does a fantastic job grooming our goldendoodle and boxer! 

My dog Koda has been going somewhere else and showed signs he was scared of going so i looked for someone else and found Kyras K9's . Hes been seeing Jasmine and sometimes a few others but , what a big difference.  Now he enjoys going and is so happy he trots with happiness to and from his grooming with them . So definitely 10 stars 🌟 

We LOVE having our dog groomed here. He is always so well taken care of and comes out looking amazing!

We have 3 dogs thst are all terrified of getting groomed or nail trims, but Kyra always does an excellent job. I would never even consider going with another groomer

Jasmine is great with my not-super-easy dog, and he is  happy to see her. She’s also always on time.

Jasmine has been lovingly  grooming  our girl for quite a while now. The atmosphere is really calm which puts everyone at ease. Even though our girl isn't a huge fan of spa day (full groom) she's so happy when she's all done and pretty. I'm grateful to have found Jasmine and Kyra's K9.

We love Jasmine and have been taking our dogs to her for almost 5 years! So polite! 

My 12 year old dog always walks in and out of his appointments wagging his tail. I know he’s not the easiest boy to groom, but Jasmine handles him like a pro.
