Booking fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Booking deposit of 25% is now due for each booking... cancellation or no show within 48 hours of appointment will lose the 25% over 48 hours can be transferred to another appointment time only. No refund will be given on booking fee.
