Policy and Terms

On arrival, please wait and message me to let me know you have arrived. I will respond when ready to open the door to welcome you. Unless the appointment is for someone under 16, please come ALONE. I only have a small space and it will be 1 on 1 only. A non-refundable booking fee may be required. This will then be deducted from the treatment cost. All methods of payment will be accepted but will need to be made prior to leaving. 48 hours notice is required if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given then a cancellation fee will be required before I can rebook or reschedule your appointment. If you have paid a booking fee and give 48 hours notice, this can then be moved to your new appointment time. If less than 48 hours notice is given then your booking fee will be lost. An appointment can only be rescheduled a total of 3 times before the booking fee is lost and must be within 3 months of the original booking. Within 24 hours or on the day of your appointment, if you are unable to attend or a no show, full payment will be required within 7 days to be able to book/have further treatments with KT Beauty. Anyone that arrives later than 10 minutes to their appointment will be classed as a no show & charged in full. Thank you for understanding & for choosing KT Beauty x
