CANCELLATION POLICY: • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a loss of your deposit. • Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be within the 48-hour window. • Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in payment for the missed appointment. • Repeated cancellations may require payment in full upfront or could lead to being blacklisted. ☆Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments. DEPOSIT POLICY: • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. • You have 24 hours from the time of booking to pay your deposit. • NO REFUND will be issued for deposits. • Deposits ensure your spot is reserved exclusively for you and it will be deducted from your treatment price. LATENESS POLICY: • Clients who arrive late may be given a grace period of 10-15 minutes. However, any time beyond that may result in a shortened session to accommodate other appointments. • If a client arrives late and there are no available slots to extend their session, they may be required to reschedule and forfeit their current appointment. • Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session, with treatment time reduced accordingly (if that is not possible the appointment will be cancelled and which could involve paying for the missed appointment or losing their deposit). This ensures that other clients are not impacted by delays. PACKAGE DEAL POLICY: • Upfront payment is required for all treatment package deals, ensuring a seamless experience and discounted rates compared to individual sessions. • We operate on a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made within this timeframe will result in the loss of the session. • Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be within the 48-hour window, otherwise you will lose the session. • Treatment packages are non-transferable to other individuals. • All package deals must be utilized within 8 weeks from the purchase date. Unused sessions will not be refunded. • Any additional services beyond the package deal may incur extra charges as specified. • Funds paid for treatment packages cannot be transferred to other services. • No price adjustments or refunds for change of mind, cancellation, no-shows, or lateness. • If you attend your appointment but opt out of the full service, you will still be charged the full cost of the initially booked service.
