TERMS & CONDITIONS – BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS BOOKING FEE: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments and must be paid within 24 hours of booking. The booking fee is deducted from the total treatment price at the appointment. Failure to pay the booking fee may result in automatic cancellation of the booking. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price, less any booking fee already paid. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment price. • Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) will result in 100% of the treatment price being charged. • Rescheduling is permitted once only and must be requested outside the 48-hour notice period. Further changes may result in loss of the appointment. LATE ARRIVAL: Clients arriving late may receive a reduced treatment time, with no adjustment to the treatment price. If insufficient time remains to safely or effectively perform the treatment, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation or no-show, with charges applied accordingly. TREATMENT PACKAGES: All packages must be paid in full in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable. The same cancellation and no-show policy applies to package sessions. Any session cancelled within 48 hours, cancelled within 24 hours, or missed will be fully deducted from the package. Packages must be used within 8 weeks of purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: We reserve the right to require full payment in advance or refuse service to clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend appointments.
