Deposit: 
Please note a non refundable deposit of $2000 is required for all services in order to secure the desired appointment. Your deposit will be credited to your appointment and the balance paid in cash only on the day of your appointment. 
Deposit must be paid within 12hrs of your appointment or you will get an automatic cancellation. Please view highlights for banking information. Proof of payment must be shown. You can WhatsApp/Dm.
No deposit no appointment. 

Cancellation: 
Please inform your inability to make your schedule appointment within a minimum of 48hours.

Early mornings/ Late evenings: 
If you want me to get in before 9:00am or after 4:00pm which I take my last client a fee of $2000 is required. 
Appointments are Monday - Friday. 
Saturdays are for walk-ins only. (Do not make an appointment for Saturday please). 

No extra company is allowed.

I had a great experience with Karla today. The atmosphere was quiet and welcoming and the customer service is top tier ✨ 10/10 would recommend. 

My experience was a good one, the atmosphere was clean,  neat and tidy. My nail tech was gentle, nice and very patient with  me.  I couldn't make up my mind on the colour that I want but Karla  did a good and nice design on my nails.  I would definetely recommend my friend and family to have this superb experience by Karla.  This one nicee .. nice bad

I absolutely love my nails and the customer service was top tier!

Turned out exactly how I wanted it. It was my first time trying the almond shape and I am in love. Keen attention to detail and very neat work 10/10.

I  did a pedicure and  the service was great. 

First off I must commend karla on her customer service she was very sweet and gentle would definitely recommend and I love my nails I think this is the first I've ever done my nails with a nail tech and had no faults or dislikes it afterwards I can't stop looking at them 😍😭🥰👌🏽 10/10
