Clients of Kreative Kingz Limited have the right to cancel or reschedule appointments by providing a minimum of 8 hours notice. Same-day appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Kreative Kingz Limited reserves the right to refuse service to any client who does not adhere to this policy.
