Policy and Terms
PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES AND TERMS❗️ ~New Deposit and Booking Services Terms~ To book an appointment you must send the deposit fee and I will confirm your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation text then the appointment has not been accepted. There is a $10 deposit fee. ( Cash App, Tap to Pay,Apple Pay, Chime, Pay Pal accepted for deposit. Cash payments are accepted for final payments.) The deposit is to secure your spot. The message will state that your deposit was confirmed and your appointment has been scheduled. ( I DO NOT AND WILL NOT HOLD A SPOT if the deposit has not been paid❗️)Your deposit is taken off your total price. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. You cannot reschedule the day of your appointment. PAYMENTS ARE FINAL❗️ NEW SERVICES AND FEES has been added so I ask that you that look closely at my price list. My services are now split into groups depending on the age of the client (that will determine the price)❗️ All clients must come with hair blowed out and free of any product❗️ I have put the timing and hair need for certain services, so I should only be contacted if something is not stated on the booking site. The Hair Included Service price varies depending on the style and must be added to your services on the booking site. You must book at least 2 days prior if you want the hair included service and contact me for a consultation. You can't change your style the day of your appointment. Please understand that it can interfere with the timing of other clients. ~Timing Policy~ Please be on time for your appointment! (If there is reasons behind your lateness please message me and let me know.) There is a 30 minute grace period. (Please communicate with me within your 30 minute grace period. ) After the 30 minute grace period, I will contact the client to inform them that a $15 late fee has been added to their appointment. AN HOUR LATE WITH NO COMMUNICATION IS AN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT ❗️ There is a $15 fee for walk ins ( meaning if you make the appointment the day of you will be charge the fee.)
