“For the first time doing anything message/consultation related absolutely was an amazing experience. Fitness is a massive part of my life and when I got a back injury after a deadlift attempt I knew I needed to have someone look at it. She broke down the exact issue along with some other areas that needed work in my back that I didn’t realize and then worked heavily on those areas.
