When booking I require a deposit of £10 to secure your appointment. This will be taken off the total of the appointment, and is non-refundable. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rearranged. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total price of the service selected. No shows will be charged in full, and will not be able to book another appointment if this is not paid. I do not infill other nail technicians work. A full soak off will be required before I proceed with the service, so please let me know when booking if this is required within the service. If you don’t, the appointment will be cancelled and you may need to rearrange. I accept bank transfer and cash. Please also remember to be kind, rude or inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated here at Klaws. This applies over messaging too. We are all human at the end of the day, I am always very understanding of situations that are simply out of your control. However, I have a business to run and this is my sole income.
