Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. Any cancellations within 24 hours require 50% of the treatment paid. Cancellations within 12 hours and no shows will be charged full price of the treatment. These must be paid before another appointment will be booked.
