Kingzz Tattoo & Piercing – Policies & Terms By booking an appointment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions. All tattoo clients must be 18 years of age or older, and a valid physical photo ID must be presented at the appointment. Piercing clients under the age of 18 are accepted only when accompanied by a parent (mother or father) with a valid photo ID, and parental consent must be provided. Clients are responsible for accurately disclosing all medical conditions, allergies, and medications. Failure to disclose correct information releases the studio and artist from any liability for complications. All tattoo and piercing procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, swelling, scarring, or healing complications. Following all aftercare instructions is mandatory, and final results cannot be guaranteed. All services are performed in a fully licensed, professional, and hygienic environment, using sterile, single-use equipment. Implant-grade titanium jewellery is used for piercing services. Once a service has started or been completed, no refunds will be issued. The client confirms that all prices have been clearly explained and agreed upon prior to the procedure and agrees not to file any refund requests or chargebacks. In the event of a chargeback, the studio reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation to the payment provider or bank. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation or no-show fee. Any physical contact is strictly professional and limited only to what is necessary to perform the tattoo or piercing service. Any inappropriate behaviour or language of a sexual nature from the client or accompanying person will result in immediate termination of the service without refund. The client also agrees not to make any claims of sexual harassment related to necessary professional contact. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in cases of non-compliance with studio policies, inappropriate behaviour, or health and safety concerns.
