Kim’s Locs and Braids – Terms & Policies Thank you for choosing Kim’s Locs and Braids! Please review the policies below before booking your appointment. These rules help ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone. 1. Arrive on Time Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Being punctual allows me to provide the best service without delays for the next client. 2. 15-Minute Grace Period There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you have not arrived or contacted me within that time, your appointment will be canceled and may require a new deposit to reschedule. 3. No Extra Guests or Children For everyone’s comfort and safety, no extra guests or children are allowed in the salon unless absolutely necessary. Please plan accordingly. 4. No-Call, No-Show Policy Clients who do not call or show up for their appointment will lose their deposit and will not be able to book again in the future. 5. Deposits & Rescheduling A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits may be transferred once if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
