This is now the 4th or 5th time I've come to Kim for a colour, cut and style. 
Before meeting Kim I would go for an annual hair cut at a random hairdressers. Kim was going to be that annual hair cut. Instead, she instantly put me at ease. Kim made me feel heard in what I wanted and gave her expert advice. Together we decided to do lighter highlights throughout, framing my face. The amount of compliments I have had since is ridiculous.  Kim has done this!! The result, my confidence has grown! 

Loved my colour. What made it even more special was when I got home, my husband said,'Wow! That's lovely. She's done a really good job there.' 🥰 Thanks Kim.

Kim really took the time to listen carefully to what I hoped to achieve this morning in terms of my colour. .  Her attention to detail ensured I was very happy with the end result . Thank you so much!
