Rescheduling & Cancellations • Clients can reschedule appointments up until 24 hours before their appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged in full, and the balance must be paid before rebooking. • No-shows will also be required to pay in full before booking again. Payments • Remaining balance has to be paid in Cash on the day of appointment. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final balance. Lateness • Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled. Client Responsibility • By booking, you agree to inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. I cannot be held responsible for reactions if this information is not provided. Hygiene • Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face so we can make the most of your appointment. Social Media • I may take photos of my work for portfolio and social media purposes. Please let me know in advance if you’d prefer not to be photographed.
