📜 KM BEAUTY – POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS 🔒 By booking an appointment with KM Beauty, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the following policies. ⸻ 📌 ALL RESERVATIONS A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward the final balance of the scheduled service. By submitting a deposit, booking an appointment, making a payment, or receiving services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. ⸻ ❌ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING * Deposits are non-refundable and apply only to the appointment/service for which they were collected, except where otherwise required by law. * One reschedule is permitted when proper notice is provided. Additional appointment changes may require a new deposit. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. * No-shows and cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * For appointments booked for the same day or following day, cancellations must be made within 4 hours of booking to avoid the applicable 50% cancellation fee. * Outstanding balances or unpaid cancellation fees must be resolved before another appointment may be booked. * Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or unpaid balances may result in refusal of future bookings. ⸻ ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is permitted. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment if there is not enough remaining time to safely and properly complete the scheduled service. If an appointment must be canceled due to excessive lateness, the deposit may be forfeited and applicable cancellation fees may apply. Communication is essential. If you believe you may be late, please contact KM Beauty as soon as possible. ⸻ 💣🔥 SERVICE SALES & REFUNDS Due to the time, labor, products, preparation, and customized nature of beauty services, completed services are generally final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law. This includes services such as hair extensions, hair color, styling, braiding, makeup, brows, and other customized beauty services. A completed service cannot simply be returned or restored to its pre-service condition. If the client has a concern regarding the service, KM Beauty must be given a reasonable opportunity to evaluate the concern and, when appropriate, offer an adjustment in accordance with the policy below. ⸻ ⚠️ SATISFACTION & SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS Clients are encouraged to communicate preferences, concerns, or requested changes during the appointment and before leaving the studio whenever possible. If a concern becomes apparent after leaving, the client should contact KM Beauty within 24–48 hours of the completed service, including photos when appropriate, so the concern can be evaluated. When reasonably appropriate, KM Beauty may offer a correction or adjustment related to the original service. Adjustments are intended to address issues with the service originally performed and do not include: * A change of mind regarding a previously approved style, color, length, or service * Requests for a different service or result than originally agreed upon * Damage or changes caused after leaving the studio * Improper aftercare or failure to follow maintenance instructions * Work performed or altered by another stylist or third party after the original appointment Requests made outside the 24–48 hour reporting period will be reviewed individually, but KM Beauty cannot guarantee complimentary adjustments when the service can no longer reasonably be evaluated in its original condition. ⸻ 🚫 PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS Clients are encouraged to contact KM Beauty directly regarding any legitimate billing or service concern so that KM Beauty has an opportunity to review and address the matter. If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, KM Beauty reserves the right to provide relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including: * Booking and appointment records * Accepted policies and agreements * Deposit and payment records * Client communications * Proof of service completion * Before, during, and after photographs or videos * Other documentation relevant to the transaction or service Knowingly providing false or misleading information in connection with a payment dispute may result in refusal of future services and KM Beauty pursuing any remedies available to the business. ⸻ 📸 SERVICE DOCUMENTATION & MEDIA CONSENT For quality control, business protection, service documentation, portfolio development, and promotional purposes, KM Beauty may take photographs and/or videos before, during, and after a service. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, the client authorizes KM Beauty / Kiikii Morales Beauty LLC to use service-related photographs and videos for purposes including: * Documentation and proof of service completion * Quality control and business records * Evidence related to complaints, disputes, or chargebacks * Professional portfolio * Social media content * KM Beauty’s website * Marketing and advertising * Digital or printed promotional materials * Educational and beauty-related content The client understands and agrees that authorized photographs and videos may be edited, cropped, formatted, or otherwise prepared for these purposes, provided they are not used in a misleading or defamatory manner. The client grants KM Beauty permission to use this service-related content for the purposes described above without additional compensation, royalties, or payment. Receiving or purchasing a beauty service does not, by itself, create an entitlement to compensation because authorized photographs or videos from the service are subsequently used in KM Beauty’s portfolio, social media, marketing, advertising, or promotional materials. KM Beauty will make reasonable efforts to use client content professionally and respectfully and to avoid displaying private or sensitive personal information. ⸻ ✍️ CLIENT AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, submitting a deposit, making a payment, accepting these Terms & Conditions electronically, or receiving services from KM Beauty, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood the applicable policies. Where consent or authorization is specifically required, the client’s electronic acceptance or signature will serve as confirmation of that consent. ⸻ 📜 KM BEAUTY – POLÍTICA, TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES 🔒 Al reservar una cita con KM Beauty, confirmo que he leído, entendido y acepto las siguientes políticas. ⸻ 📌 TODAS LAS RESERVAS Se requiere un depósito no reembolsable al momento de reservar. El depósito será aplicado al balance final del servicio agendado. Al realizar un depósito, reservar una cita, realizar un pago o recibir servicios, el cliente acepta estos Términos y Condiciones. ⸻ ❌ CANCELACIONES Y REPROGRAMACIONES * Los depósitos son no reembolsables y aplican únicamente a la cita/servicio para el cual fueron cobrados, excepto cuando la ley disponga lo contrario. * Se permite una reprogramación cuando se proporciona el aviso requerido. Cambios adicionales pueden requerir un nuevo depósito. * Las cancelaciones o solicitudes de cambio deben realizarse con al menos 48 horas de anticipación. * Las ausencias y cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 48 horas de anticipación podrán generar un cargo equivalente al 50% del servicio agendado. * Para citas reservadas para el mismo día o el día siguiente, la cancelación deberá realizarse dentro de las primeras 4 horas después de reservar para evitar el cargo correspondiente del 50%. * Cualquier balance pendiente o cargo por cancelación deberá ser pagado antes de reservar una nueva cita. * Ausencias repetidas, cancelaciones tardías o balances pendientes pueden resultar en la negación de futuras citas. ⸻ ⏰ TARDANZAS El cliente es responsable de llegar a tiempo a su cita. Se permite un período de gracia de 15 minutos. Llegar con más de 15 minutos de retraso puede resultar en la cancelación de la cita si el tiempo restante no permite realizar el servicio correctamente y de manera segura. Si la cita debe cancelarse debido a una tardanza excesiva, el depósito podrá perderse y podrán aplicar los cargos de cancelación correspondientes. La comunicación es esencial. Si anticipas que llegarás tarde, comunícate con KM Beauty lo antes posible. ⸻ 💣🔥 SERVICIOS Y REEMBOLSOS Debido al tiempo, trabajo, productos, preparación y naturaleza personalizada de los servicios de belleza, los servicios completados generalmente son finales y no reembolsables, excepto cuando la ley disponga lo contrario. Esto incluye extensiones de cabello, color, estilizado, trenzas, maquillaje, cejas y otros servicios personalizados de belleza. Un servicio completado no puede simplemente devolverse o restaurarse a su condición previa. Si existe alguna preocupación relacionada con el servicio, KM Beauty deberá tener una oportunidad razonable de evaluar la situación y, cuando corresponda, ofrecer un ajuste según la política establecida a continuación. ⸻ ⚠️ SATISFACCIÓN Y AJUSTES DEL SERVICIO Se recomienda que el cliente comunique sus preferencias, preocupaciones o cambios deseados durante la cita y antes de retirarse del estudio siempre que sea posible. Si alguna preocupación se hace evidente después de retirarse, el cliente deberá comunicarse con KM Beauty dentro de 24–48 horas después del servicio, incluyendo fotografías cuando corresponda, para que la situación pueda ser evaluada. Cuando sea razonablemente apropiado, KM Beauty podrá ofrecer una corrección o ajuste relacionado con el servicio original.
