Dear Valued Clients, We emphasize the importance of your appointments at Kelli's Feet Retreat. The allocated time for your appointment is dedicated solely to your service. Understanding the need for schedule adjustments, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Our policies are created to benefit our clients and uphold our commitment to delivering superior service. Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for your cooperation in providing sufficient notice for any changes or cancellations. Failure to do so denies us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be in need of our services. To ensure the flexibility of our scheduling, we request all new and existing clients to provide a credit card for our records. In the event that we do not receive the required notice, the following fees will be charged to your card: - No charges will be incurred if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. - For no-shows or notifications provided less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied for all foot services.
