Clients are required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total cost within 24hours of the booked the appointment. This will allow confirmation of the booking. 
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. 
Booking fees can be transferred to another appointment once. 
Cancellation or rescheduling less that 48 hours notice with result in the loss of the booking fee and a new fee will be required on the next booking. 

I really enjoyed my deluxe facial. I found it very relaxing and Karen put me at ease. My skin felt soft and invigorated after. Will definitely return and recommend.
