Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. 

No Show Policy - If you do not turn up to your appointment without cancelling 24hrs before, you may be charged 100% of your appointment.

If you are 5 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount due if you are turned away due to lateness. If we can fit you in but only back and sides are possible, you will still be charged the full amount. Being on time for your appointment is essential for the running of appointments.

It was my little ones first ever haircut  so i had no idea what to expect but Keaton was fantastic he chatted through what would make things comfortable for my little boy and he worked around my wiggly 1 year old with ease! 10/10 definite recommend already got next appointment booked in for him!! 

Keaton was great, knew exactly what I was after and it was quite a change of style which he nailed. 

Excellent as always.  Both myself and my 5 year old are more than happy.  The fact he is so good is shown by the fact you really need to book some time in advance.

Keaton is an artist. I Wouldn’t trust anybody else to cut, shape & maintain my beard. Always happy & friendly and always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service.
