Led by Kas, Licensed Esthetician, License Massage Therapist and Post-Op Recovery Specialist, KAVA provides targeted treatments designed to enhance healing, improve outcomes, and restore confidence.

In addition to post-op care, we offer precision body waxing for Male and Female and customized skin services in a private, elevated environment.

Cancellation Policy:

​To secure your appointment, a retainer fee of 20% is required at the time of booking. This retainer fee will be applied to your final bill.

​Rescheduling & Cancellations:

​More than 24 hours notice: You may reschedule or cancel with no penalty. Your deposit is fully refundable or transferable.

​Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will forfeit the 20% deposit.

​No-Shows: If you do not show up and do not contact us, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. 

Late Policy & Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period from the start of your scheduled appointment.

​After 10 Minutes: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next client.

We may refuse service due to inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or repeated no-shows. Your information is confidential and used only for booking and services.
