Katrina was awsome with our loveable big boy.  All services were perfectly performed and at a reasonable fee. He seems to be so happy to be there regardless of the bath he always dislikes to take.   All of the groomers there are so good with him and every other furry friend we have met.  They truly love doing what they do and it shows in their work.  Highly recommended.

My dog is elderly, doesn't like car rides or walks now, he prefers to be at home, so I've been doing his bath & grooms at home. I cannot do the nail trims, so that's what we are there for. Staff is friendly and professional, reasonably priced, doesn't stink like some salons, dog gets in and &out quickly. I'm happy to have a service in Franklin like Karina's. Booking can be done in person or online. I personally love online booking! Great grooming salon! I recommend Katrina the Groomer!!!

Awesome groomers. We brought our 8 yr old diva puppy who will run & hide just at the mention of getting her nails clipped. He was recommended by several people at our Senior Center.  He did great.  Got her nails super short & she wasn’t shaking when we picked her up. She gets shakey when she’s stressed. Will definitely keep using them & would recommend them to everyone. Big plus is that they’re less than 5 mins. From our house.

We especially like the tender care Henri received as soon as we arrived. He looked adorable when we picked him up and was sporting a new green necktie with pink flamingos.

Great job on my little girl’s nails! I also had a deep conditioning on her skin and hair following her bath. She looks, feels and smells amazing! It was her first official bath at a groomer so I think she was a little nervous. Her nails were trimmed for a second time and they got them much closer. Probably cause mom wasn’t there looking over their shoulders “helping”😁. Great job!!

From drop off to pick up I know my dogs are getting treated well and are in  good hands.  Frankie and the entire staff are very welcoming and kind as they provide the best care and grooming services.  Both dogs are so clean and have the best manicure after being pampered.  I’m very impressed. 


Our first visit was a success! Our Yorkie went to the groomer without hesitation. The cut that I asked for was exactly what I got, and our Daisy Mae looks and smells fabulous! The shop's look is fun and funky! I loved it!

This was our first time at any groomer. I was wary about going because my girl is a rescue and not a pure breed. They didn't treat her any different. The owner greeted us at the door and answered questions.  Franky was her groomer and he did such a great job. She was so happy when I picked her up. She seemed to enjoy her spa day!
