BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICY Booking Deposit A booking deposit (£5–£20 depending on the service) is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment. Payment must be made within 24 hours; otherwise the appointment will be cancelled and the slot may be offered to another client. Booking deposits are refundable if the appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If more than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date or refunded. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two times. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled for the third time, full payment will be required in advance to secure the booking. ⸻ Lateness Please respect my time as well as other clients’ appointments. If you are running late, please inform me. • Up to 15 minutes late – the treatment time may be reduced. • More than 15 minutes late – the appointment may be cancelled and a new deposit will be required. ⸻ Arrival to Appointment Please arrive without eye makeup and without creams or oils around the eye area. If you arrive wearing makeup: • £10 cleaning fee will be charged • the time required for removal will be deducted from your appointment time Please avoid waterproof mascara for at least 24 hours before your appointment. Contact lenses must be removed before the treatment. ⸻ No Guests Policy Treatments are performed on a 1:1 basis. Please do not bring children, friends, or family members to your appointment. ⸻ Lash Infills Infills are recommended 2–3 weeks after a full set. Appointments booked after 3 weeks will be charged as a full set. ⸻ Lashes From Another Technician I do not work on lashes applied by other technicians. If you currently have lashes from another salon, you must book a Lash Removal together with your appointment. ⸻ Caffeine Please avoid coffee or energy drinks on the day of your appointment, as this may cause eye fluttering and make the application more difficult. ⸻ Patch Test A patch test is recommended 48 hours before the appointment for clients with sensitive eyes or allergies. Please note that a patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur. ⸻ Allergic Reactions Allergic reactions are rare but possible. If a reaction occurs, the lashes can be removed on the same day. ⸻ Complaints & Fix Appointments If you experience any issues with your lashes, please contact me within 3 days of your appointment and provide photos. Refunds are not offered. However, if the aftercare instructions have been followed correctly, I may offer a complimentary fix appointment. ⸻ Important By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all policies.
