We kindly ask that all clients provide at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, 50% of the appointment cost will be charged. Please note that the same policy applies to voucher bookings 50% of the voucher value will be deducted for late cancellations or missed appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This helps us manage our schedule fairly and offer appointments to other clients on our waiting list.
