Booking Process: Choose the cleaning package that suits your needs. Be sure to include your email to receive your personal cleaning agreement before your appointment. A cleaning agreement will be sent with every appointment to explain the exact cleaning package you chose. Build the package that is perfect for you. Need help? Send us a message via email, text, call us, or send a message through our website. Customers can book our cleaning services by phone, email, or through our website. Bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. For recurring cleaning services, we offer a flexible scheduling option based on your needs. Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancelations made at least 24 hours before appointment will be refunded of deposit amount of 25% of anticipated bill. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded of deposit. Payment Terms: A deposit of 25% of your total cleaning fee will be required upon scheduling. Remainder of payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments through our website. Refund Policy: Refunds are issued at the discretion of the management. Refunds may be provided in the case of unsatisfactory service, at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Liability: Our cleaners are fully trained and insured. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses that occur during the cleaning process. We recommend that valuable or fragile items be secured or removed from the cleaning area prior to our arrival. Feedback and Concerns: We welcome feedback from our customers. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please contact us directly. We strive to resolve any issues promptly and to your satisfaction. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties. Your information will only be used for the purpose of providing our cleaning services.
