KAM’S LASH HAVEN APPOINTMENT TERMS & POLICIES Please read the following terms carefully before booking your appointment. By booking with Kam’s Lash Haven, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies below. 1. APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS All appointments must be booked through our official booking system. Appointments must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day appointments are not available. Please make sure you select the correct service, date, and time before completing your booking. Selecting an appointment time does not automatically confirm your appointment. Your booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received and verified. 2. 50% DEPOSIT A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is paid to reserve your appointment time and compensate for the time and preparation set aside specifically for you. 3. Your appointment will only be considered confirmed once your deposit has been received and your payment has been verified. 4. RESCHEDULING Clients may reschedule their appointment one time only. A rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. The rescheduled appointment must be booked within 14 days of the original appointment date. The deposit will remain attached to the rescheduled appointment and will remain non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. No additional rescheduling, transfer, or refund will be provided. A new appointment will require a new 50% deposit. Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for rescheduling, since the required 24-hour notice cannot be provided. 5. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, therefore cancelling an appointment does not qualify you for a refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. 6. NO-SHOW POLICY A no-show is considered a missed appointment without prior notice. If you do not attend your appointment and fail to contact us, your 50% deposit will be forfeited. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be restricted from booking future appointments. 7. LATENESS Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled, depending on the schedule and availability. If your appointment is cancelled because you arrive excessively late, your deposit will be forfeited. Please understand that late arrivals can affect other clients scheduled after you. 8. MULTIPLE OR BACKUP BOOKINGS Please only book an appointment that you genuinely intend to attend. Booking an appointment as a backup while waiting to hear from another lash technician, or booking appointments with multiple lash technicians, is not permitted. Once your appointment has been secured with a deposit, the deposit remains non-refundable, regardless of whether another lash technician later becomes available. 9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service, appointment date, and time and for making arrangements to attend their appointment. Please check your booking confirmation carefully after booking. If you have questions regarding your appointment or service, please contact Kam’s Lash Haven before your appointment date. 10. PAYMENT & BOOKING CONFIRMATION Deposits must be sent using one of the business bank accounts listed above. Please send your payment screenshot via WhatsApp to (876) 427-0317 immediately after making your transfer. Failure to send proof of payment may result in your appointment remaining unconfirmed. 11. POLICY AGREEMENT By completing your booking and submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to Kam’s Lash Haven’s Appointment Terms & Policies.
