📜 KAM’S LASH HAVEN – POLICY 💖 Booking Policy * All appointments must be booked through Goldie or confirmed via WhatsApp. * A $3,000 deposit is required for all lash sets except cluster lashes. * Appointments are not confirmed until deposit is received. ⸻ 💖 Cluster Lash Policy * Cluster lashes are walk-in / same-day services * Clients must message or call first to confirm availability before coming. * No deposit required for cluster lashes. ⸻ 💖 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy * Deposits are non-refundable. * One reschedule is allowed if made at least 24 hours in advance. * Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in loss of deposit. ⸻ 💖 Late Policy * A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. * After that, appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled depending on schedule. ⸻ 💖 Client Responsibility * Please arrive on time with clean lashes (no makeup/oil). * Select your lash style carefully before booking. * If unsure, message for advice before booking. ⸻ 💖 Important Notice * Same-day bookings are subject to availability. * Deposits secure your time slot and reduce no-shows. * All services are provided in a professional home/studio setting.
