Payments - Non Refundable $25 Deposit. Deposit will go toward remaining balance. Payment Link will be sent after completion of service to pay with credit card. If paying remaining balance in cash, must be exact change; there will be no change provided. Remaining balance can also be paid through Venmo. Travel Fee- Must Book Travel Fee along with other nail services. Travel fee is nonrefundable. $25 - Within 25 Mile Radius of Mount Olive, NJ $50 - Over 25 Mile Radius of Mount Olive, NJ Cancellation- Please cancel or reschedule no later than 48 hours before appointment. If appointments need to be cancelled on my behalf, deposit and travel fee will be refunded. Late Policy / No Show- There is a 15 minute grace period after appointment has started. Option to reschedule will be available if scheduling permits. Safety- For the safety of myself and other clients; please cancel or reschedule if you are sick. Services will not be provided if fungal infections are present. A letter of clearance from a doctor will need to be provided to reschedule. Service Duration- In order to provide you with the best pampering services in the comfort of your own space, duration of service can vary. The time slots listed are an estimated time on how long a service can take. Please factor in condition of nails/toenails, complicity of nail design and/or any other elements unaccounted for that can increase or decrease the length of your service. Requests/ Changes/Add-Ons- If there are any requests such as colors; nail art (rhinestones, charms, etc); nail inspiration, please notify by text or email 48 hours prior to appointment. If any service needs to be modified, please reach out 48 hours prior to appointment to make accommodations. This is a traveling service, please keep in mind certain colors, nail art and/or tools will not be available for last minute changes.
