Kaitlyn has done a great job cutting my difficult hair several times. My hair is very thick & it has a couple of weird grow patterns in the back which make it tricky- she has reached out for advice from a seasoned stylist in her salon & has been careful to take pointers & cut it just like I’ve requested. I’m happy to have found her after searching for awhile after my long-time stylist retired. 

Kaitlyn listened, asked questions for clarity, and absolutely delivered! She didn’t hesitate to ask another mentoring stylist for advice - the best stylists I have ever been to have always done exactly that and I appreciate the collaboration and seeing how these two worked together. Very happy with my hair and my first experience at this salon.
