If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, this must be done at least 48hrs prior to your appointment. Cancellations after this will be charged at 100% of the treatment price. No show on the day of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the treatment price and no further bookings are able to be made I do not offer refunds of any kind however will try my best to resolve any issues if raised within 24 hours Payment must be made before leaving the appointment. Cash, or bank transfer is accepted Please come to the appointment alone unless discussed with me prior If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it may have to be rescheduled Lashes at 3 weeks or over will count as a full set regardless of how many lashes are left. This is due to the amount that will have to be removed due to being outgrown lashes that have 50% or less left will be charged at full set price I do infill some lash artists work at an additional cost of £10 but this will be assessed on a case by case basis Anti wrinkle, Biotin, and B12 appointments will require full payment upon booking, as these products have to be specifically ordered per individual client, so will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no show. These appointments can however be rescheduled for within a reasonable time frame.
