60 min Full Body Sports Massage

A full 60min massage allows for head to toe treatment designed to release deep muscle tension, improve mobility, and restore balanced movement throughout the entire body. This treatment works methodically through major muscle groups from head to toe, to ease tightness and support faster recovery. Your session can be fully tailored to your needs whether you’re managing full‑body training demands, recovering from intense workouts, dealing with postural tension from long hours at a desk, or experiencing chronic tightness that affects your day‑to‑day comfort. Optional focused extras, such as hands and feet, can be included to enhance relaxation, improve circulation, and address areas that often hold hidden tension. This treatment is ideal for anyone wanting a thorough, restorative session that leaves the whole body feeling looser, lighter, and relaxed.
