KC Beauty Studio By booking a service with KC Beauty Studio, the customer accepts the following terms and conditions: 1. Deposits and Reservations • A 50% deposit is required to confirm any appointment. • The deposit is non-refundable. • The appointment is not confirmed until you receive the deposit. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • If you cancel the same day or do not show up, you will lose the deposit. • A single reprogramming is allowed using the same tank. 3. Late Arrivals • A grace period of 10-15 minutes is granted. • After that time, the appointment can be canceled or adjusted. • If it is canceled due to delay, the deposit is lost. 4. Payments • We accept cash, Zelle, Cash App (or the methods you use). • The remaining balance must be paid before or at the end of the service. 5. Health and Safety • The customer must report allergies, medical conditions or product sensitivity. • KC Beauty Studio is not responsible for allergic reactions not previously reported. 6. Results • Results may vary depending on the type of skin, nails or aftercare. • No refunds are made after the service is completed.
