K9-Ball Dog pool

***PLEASE READ PRIOR TO ATTENDING*** K9-Ball Indoor pool to rent for you and your furry friend(s). Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy. Terms and Conditions Please specify breed and number of dogs. Please ensure you only bring dogs specified in booking. Please ensure you are able to help your dog(s) should they need this, the stairs to the pool are flat, there is NO ramp access. Max 2 humans may enter the pool at the one time. Please utalise the garden and ensure your dog has been to the toilet before entering the pool. Try not to feed your dog a few hours before their session. There will be a cleaning charge if your dog poo's or is sick in the pool due to the expenses involved in the cleaning of the pool and in some cases the closing of the pool in order to drain it and refill it. Please brush your dog prior to attending. No fake tan/makeup or hair products when using the pool for both humans and pooches. We take no responsibility whatsoever for you or your dogs time in the K9-Ball Dog Pool. By accepting these Term's and Conditions you are booking with the understanding that you are responsible for yourself, your dog(s) and anyone attending your booking. Please ensure all attending are confident in the water and children must be supervised at all times by an adult. Safety at our facility is paramount. K9-Ball reserve the right to refuse entry to the pool if we feel there are ANY safety concern to those attending. If your dog(s) is showing signs of illness such as sickness, diarrhoea they must not attend the swim. Please inform us if your dog has any anxiety issues or is reactive in any way so we can mitigate unnecessary anxiety to your pooch on arrival. On booking your swim you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please let us know prior to booking if you are pregnant or if you or your dog has any medical or skin conditions so we can discuss this with you and allow you to decide whether it is OK for you to proceed with your booking. Cancellation period and conditions must be read and agreed to. Cancellation Policy Cancellations can be made up to 24hrs before the swim. If you cannot make the swim after the cancellation period please give us a curtesy call/message so we know not to expect you. No reschedules, vouchers or transfers to another party will be given in the 24 hrs period before booking time. If cancelling before the 24hrs please contact us on 07787449377 or via Facebook messenger If we have a time available that suits you we can reschedule for a later date. If the pool has to shut for any reason e.g. maintenance etc we will contact you. If you choose to let your dog swim alone in the pool you do so at your own risk. You are permitted to bring your own floatation devices for your dog. At present we have 6 differing sizes available. There are a few stairs to the pool house.
