Policy and Terms

I understand that situations arise whereby you must cancel, reschedule or adjust your appointment. I request that you provide at least 48 hours notice. This will enable me to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made in less than 36 hours or no shows will be charged a 50% fee unless it is rescheduled within 21 days of your original appointment. If you frequently cancel last minute or not show up to your appointment there will be a non refundable deposit required to secure a booking. A consultation form must be filled out prior to all appointments, this allows me to know if I need to adjust the treatment and/or products to suit you. Without a form I am unable to offer the appointment. A patch test is required for all new clients and for those who go over 6 months from previous treatment for Lash and Brow Treatments.
