K&L Head Spa Clinic – Booking & Payment Policy

Appointment Confirmation Policy

Please note that requesting an appointment does not mean your appointment is confirmed.

All appointment requests must first be reviewed and accepted by K&L. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an instant confirmation message confirming your appointment details.

Until you receive this confirmation, your appointment should not be considered booked or guaranteed.


Booking Fee

A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee of £30 is required for all appointments. This fee secures the specific date and time booked. 

Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been paid.

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

The booking fee cannot be transferred to another date or appointment. 
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited. 

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to release your appointment slot and offer it to other clients.

Please note that all booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including where the required notice period is given. 

Booking fees are taken to secure your appointment time and to cover potential loss of business.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full treatment amount. 

Cancellations made on the day of the appointment are not permitted and will be treated as a no-show.

If you cancel on the day of your appointment, the £30 booking fee will be forfeited and the full treatment amount will still be payable, regardless of whether you wish to reschedule or not.

Failure to pay outstanding balances will result in being unable to make future bookings with K&L Head Spa Clinic. 

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, 48 hours’ notice is required. 

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, the full service amount must be paid upfront in order to secure your new booking.

Please note that rescheduling will result in the loss of your original booking fee, as this fee is non-transferable.

Payment for the rescheduled appointment must be made within 24 hours of requesting the change. If payment is not received within this time frame, the reschedule request may be declined and the new appointment slot may be released.

Late Arrivals

We allow a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your booking fee will be forfeited. 

K&L Head Spa Clinic is not liable for missed appointments due to lateness. We advise you plan enough journey time. 

Clothing Attire

Please wear comfortable clothing, ideally items that do not cover the neck and shoulders if you are booked for a neck and shoulder treatment.

Bulky clothing such as jumpers or hoodies may affect your comfort and the effectiveness of the massage on our head spa bed.

Consultation Requirement

A consultation form must be completed before booking any treatment. 

If you fail to complete the consultation and we are unable to proceed with your treatment, K&L Head Spa Clinic will not be held liable and the booking fee will not be refunded and you may still be charged in full. 

Age Policy

Clients must be 18 years or older to book a treatment.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment. 

Guests & Children

Clients must attend their appointment alone or with the person they booked with. 

Due to insurance and safety regulations, children are not permitted on the premises. 

Shared Treatment Space

Please note that treatments may take place in a shared treatment space with another client. 

If you prefer a private experience, please contact us. 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. 

Appointments must be booked and attended before the expiry date. 

If an appointment booked using a gift voucher is cancelled within 48 hours or on the day of the appointment, it will be treated as a no-show and the voucher will be considered redeemed.

Failure to attend your appointment or cancelling on the day will result in the voucher being void and full payment will be required to make a new booking.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

I have just had the most wonderful relaxing experience of my life.
I was gifted with a voucher for luxury head spa including a facial and neck and shoulder massage. Total 90 minutes.
Lucy who provided the treatment is so professional. Gentle kind and explains the process wonderfully.
The products used are beautiful and organic.
The ambiance is so inviting and the beds used are extremely comfortable and relaxing.
I opted for a blow dry after which Lucy made a really good job of ❤️

I had such a wonderful experience at this Japanese head spa—it was the perfect way to completely switch off and unwind. The full 1.5 hours felt like a true escape, and the massage bed was an incredible addition that made the whole treatment even more relaxing.
The therapist was so welcoming from the start and explained each step of the experience beautifully. It was actually a birthday gift, but after this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again for myself.

Such a wonderful relaxing experience. The ambience when you walk in is immediately relaxing. I had the luxury head massage which was amazing. First my scalp was looked at using a small handheld camera. This meant that my treatment was specific to my scalp and hair type. The treatment itself was so relaxing, with the massage bed and the hair and scalp massage. I had my hair dried after the massage which was great. I will definitely be booking again. Visited this  fabulous spa yesterday. The spa is beautiful and is spotless. The staff are very warm  and professional. Had the dual harmony head spa treatment  which was so  was so relaxing I fell asleep at one point.  Then enjoyed a lovely cream tea. The whole experance was amazing floated out the salon so relaxed and rejuvenated. Still feeling totally chilled today

The head spa was an unexpectedly luxurious experience. From the soothing scalp massage to the gentle cleansing and warm water treatment, every step was designed to melt away stress. My mind felt clear, my scalp refreshed, and my hair softer than ever. It’s more than just a treatment and it’s therapy for the soul. I’ll definitely be back.

The spa is beautiful and Kelsey and Lucy really do go the extra mile to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
I'm looking forward to trying the twilight experience and the afternoon tea experience.
The scalp analysis is 'quite something' and the cuppa and biscuits add the final touch. Highly recommend K&L Head Spa.

I can't rate K&L highly enough.I knew I had a problem with my scalp and they were able to put me at ease  by explaining it all , showing me what had happened and then recommend a suitable treatment .I had the most amazing head Spa and the included bed massage was fantastic.The included mini facial was so relaxing.It was so relaxing .The whole experience was fab from start to finish....I love how my scalp and hair feels and I am excited to use my new products before I visit again in August .

The salon is absolutely stunning and the treatments were out of this world, Lucy and Kelsey put up birthday banners and gave my sister a little birthday gift which was such a lovely touch.

The Luxury Head Spa Treatment was definitely what it says in the name “Luxury”. I’ve never felt so relaxed and looked after and definitely a worthwhile treat. 

I recently visited K&L Headspa for a digital scalp analysis & treatment session. The girls were so welcoming & friendly & I instantly felt at ease. The whole experience was the most enjoyable, relaxing 90 minutes! I cannot thank Lucy & Kelsey enough for their kindness & attentiveness. I will definitely be visiting again, & cannot recommend this place highly enough.
