“Had my ears re-pierced after them being closed for over 12 years and the whole experience was brilliant. Lou was so reassuring throughout, explaining exactly what was happening and talking me through the healing and aftercare process clearly. The appointment was super quick without ever feeling rushed. You can tell Lou is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable at what she does. Freddy was also great, really welcoming from the moment we arrived and helping show us around the jewellery options.”

“Brilliant experince! As soon as I walked in it smelt lovely and clean which reassured me. I told them about my allergy and was assured the appropriate products would be used to prevent a reaction. I wanted to change the position of my piercing and wasn't made to feel like it was a problem. Would highly recommend and will be returning in the future! ”

“Absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable on piercings, I was worried that I would not be able to have a nose piercing due to a diviated septum, Lou is amazing & I was able to have my nose pierced. Pain wise 5 out of 10 & it only took 5 mins for the actual piercing. I had the left side of my nose done as the right side is very narrow due to my septum. I highly recommend!! Lovely people & made me feel welcome & at ease ☺️ thank you so much I love my nose piercing!”

“Visited with my daughter (9) for her first earlobe piercings, the couple that run the shop couldn’t be nicer and Lou was wonderful with Sophie, she was completely at ease. Clinic was spotless and all jewellery they sell is of fantastic quality. Even fit me in for a quick jewellery change! Really great to have a quality piercing clinic locally. Will be back for sure! “I bought my daughter in to have her ears pierced, and Lou was great at explaining everything that was happening in a calm and clear way. She was also patient when my daughter was a little unsure after her first ear was pierced. I would recommend Jynx piercing in the future. ”
