APPOINTMENT POLICY All appointments are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by J’s Babes Beauty Lounge. A $75 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits may be transferred when an appointment is rescheduled within the permitted window. Cancellations made within the permitted window are eligible for a deposit refund. Late cancellations, same-day changes, and missed appointments will result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service so that the following appointment is not delayed. If there is not enough time to perform your treatment safely and properly, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the applicable fee or deposit policy will apply. CONSULTATION AND HEALTH INFORMATION All required consultation and consent forms must be completed before treatment. Clients must disclose allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, medications, current skincare products, recent procedures, and relevant medical conditions. Treatment may be modified, postponed, or declined when appropriate for client safety. GUESTS Because services are provided in a private treatment setting, please arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been approved. PAYMENT AND RESULTS The remaining balance is due at the time of service. No refunds are provided after a service has been completed. Skincare results vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Consistent appointments, professional recommendations, home care, and aftercare all influence results. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
